| To assure the greatest chance for data recovery the hard drive must be properly packaged. |
Packing.
|
1. Enclose the hard drive in an antistatic bag, if possible.
2. Place the drive in a sturdy box, with at least 2 inches of packing material between the drive and the box.
3. For packing material you can use foam, bubble wrap, styrofoam nuggets to securely pack the drive in the box.
4. Please, be sure to provide us with your Customer Info.
5. Write your return address on the outside of the box.
